Removal



1. Disassemble the gearbox.

2. Remove the rotating shaft seal 3 (see figure 6.18).

1. Reverse gear locking device,
2. Roller bearing of the drive shaft,
3. Radial lock,
4. Ventilation bolt,
5, 7. Bearing sleeve,
6, 10. Bolt,
8. Separator gasket,
9. Outer ring of differential tapered roller bearing,
11. Locking device,
12. Outer ring of roller bearing,
13. Retaining ring,
14. Reverse shaft ball bearing,
15. Clutch release lever spherical head bolt.


3. Unscrew bolts 6.

4. Remove the 1st reverse gear locking device.

5. Unscrew bolt 15 with a spherical head.

6. Remove roller bearing 2. To do this, heat the clutch housing to approximately 80-100°C.

7. Remove ventilation bolt 4.

8. Remove bearing sleeve 5.

9. Remove the outer ring of roller bearing 12.

10. Remove bearing 14.

11. Remove the outer ring 9 of the tapered roller bearing.

Installation



12. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. To install roller bearing 2, heat the clutch housing to 80-100°C and insert the roller bearing.

13. Disassemble the gearbox.

14. Remove the rotating seal 1 (see figure 6.19).

2. Oil filler plug,
3. Oil drain plug,
4. Reverse gear locking device,
5. Roller bearing of the drive shaft,
6. Ventilation bolt,
7. Gear shift unit bearing bushing,
8. Outer ring of the output shaft roller bearing,
9. Outer ring of differential tapered roller bearing,
10. Gasket.


15. Unscrew the oil filler 2 and drain 3 plugs.

16. Remove the locking device 4 of the reverse gear.

17. Remove roller bearing 5. To do this, heat the clutch housing to approximately 80-100°C.

18. Remove ventilation bolt 7.

19. Remove the outer ring 8 of the roller bearing. To do this, heat the clutch housing to approximately 80-100°C and remove it using a hammer and a wooden block (see figure 6.20).

20. Remove the outer ring 9 and gasket 10 of the tapered roller bearing.



21. Remove the rotating seal 11.

Installation



22. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. To install roller bearing 2, heat the clutch housing to 80-100°C and insert the roller bearing.
