Removal
1. Remove the lower engine guard.
2. Unscrew and remove bearing cover 1 together with oil guides 2 and 3 (see figure 6.17). Lubricate the bolts 4 with Loctite 574 sealant (for engines 111) or Loctite 243 adhesive (for engines 601 and 611).

3. Remove oil guides 2 and 3 from cover 1. The ears of guides 2 and 3 must engage with the recesses (arrows) in cover 1.

4. Wipe the sealing surfaces. Lubricate the sealing surfaces of cover 1 with sealant.
