Sequence of work
1. Turn away a cap nut of fastening of a brake hose to the pipeline. At the same time, hold the slits of the brake hose against turning.
2. If the nut is rusted to the pipeline and it turns when unscrewed, it must be replaced anyway. Thin-walled piping tubes break easily.
3. To do this, cut the pipeline near the fastening and unscrew the nut with a hex head.
4. If the new piping needs to be bent slightly, the bend should have a large radius. Otherwise, the thin pipeline will break.
5. Hold the inside of the tube while bending with your fingers. Do this along the entire radius of the desired fold line.
6 Don't forget protective hoses and gaskets (if they are).
7. Lay the new pipeline and fix it in the holders.
8. Observe the tightening torques for fastening the hose to the brake pipeline - 15 Nm, the pipeline to the main brake cylinder, distributor - 15 Nm.
9. Bleed the brake system.
