Sequence of works
1. Pump out the brake fluid from the reservoir using a bulb or a clean syringe.

2. The procedure for each bleeding nipple is similar to that performed when bleeding the brake system. You only need to add enough brake fluid to the reservoir each time (Fig. 8.22) – 500 cm³ for each bleeding nipple. This volume is necessary so that the new fluid does not mix with the old one.
