Sequence of work
1. For removal of a brake disk establish the car on support and fix it.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Remove the caliper and hang it on a wire so that the brake hose is not stretched.
4. Turn out a bolt with an internal hexagon which fastens a brake disk.
5. Release the parking brake if the rear brake disc is being removed.
6. Carefully tap the brake disc with light blows from a mallet with a rubber striker and remove from the hub.
7. Check fastening of a guard of the brake mechanism on the nave case, if necessary tighten bolts.
8. Install a new disk on the hub and tighten the bolt of its fastening with an internal hexagon. When doing this, pay attention to the correct fit of the bushings.
9. On the rear wheels, apply a little heat-resistant copper grease to the seat on the rear axle flange.
10. Clean new discs after installation with a solvent to remove the protective coating.
11. Install the caliper with new self-locking bolts (tightening torque for front wheels 115 Nm, rear wheels 50 Nm).
12. Next, carry out work in the reverse order of disassembly. Bolts of fastening of wheels tighten the moment of 110 Н·м.
13. When installing new rear brake discs, check the parking brake adjustment.
