Removing
1. Remove the chain drive guide 1 from the cylinder head (see fig.2.8).

2. Remove intake manifold 2.
3. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tube 5 from the cylinder head.
4. Disconnect the exhaust pipe 4 from the exhaust manifold. Replace self-locking nut.
5. Disconnect branch pipe 3 of the cooling system on the right side of the cylinder head.
6. Set the piston of the first cylinder to position 20°after TDC.
7. Lock the camshafts with locking pins 16.
8. Mark the location of the camshaft pulleys 6 and 7 relative to the drive chain 8.
9. Remove the tensioner 9 of the drive chain.
10. Remove camshaft pulleys 6 and 7.
11. Remove the pin 10 of the chain drive guide.
12. Turn off bolts 11 fastenings of a cover of a chain drive to a head of the block of cylinders.
13. Loosen the bolts 12 of the cylinder head. The cylinder head must only be removed when the engine is cold.
14. Check up bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders 12.
15. Remove the cylinder head 13.
16. Wipe contact surfaces, check for wear, clean threaded holes.
Installation
17. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal. Replace the gasket 14. Check the cooling system for leaks.
