Removal
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Remove the cylinder head cover 7 (see figure 2.7).

4. Guide bushings,
5. Sealing,
6. Bolt with gasket M6 22,
7. Cylinder head,
8. Cooling system pipe.
3. Remove thermostat housing 1.
4. Disconnect the cooling system pipe 8 from the coolant pump.
5. Disconnect the cover from the cylinder head 3.
Installation
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Wipe the sealing surfaces. Lubricate cover 3 with sealant, replace seal 5, make sure that guide bushings 4 are installed correctly.
