Removal
1. Remove cover 1 from the cylinder head (see figure 2.12).
Figure 2.12. Sliding lever of chain drive:
1. Lid,
2. Chain tensioner,
3. Bolt with gasket,
4. Sliding lever,
5. Intake camshaft pulley,
6. Exhaust camshaft pulley,
7. Locking finger.
2. Set the piston of the first cylinder to the position 20° after TDC.
3. Lock the camshafts with locking pin 7 (arrows).
4. Remove chain tensioner 2.
5. Remove sliding lever 4.
Installation
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
