Replacement
1. Remove the sliding lever 8 from the cylinder head (see fig. 2.15).

2. Remove the spark plugs.
3. Fix the chain with stops 9 between the camshaft pulleys and the cylinder head.
4. Disconnect the chain link.
5. Attach new circuit 2 to old circuit 1 using a connector (see fig. 2.16).

6. Remove clips 3 and locking pin 7 (see fig. 2.17). Make sure the ends of the chain do not fall into the housing.

7. Rotate the crankshaft slowly in the direction of engine rotation and install a new chain.
8. After installing the new chain, disconnect the old chain (see fig. 2.18).

9. Using wrench 6 rotate camshafts 4 and 5 until blocking pin 7 can be inserted (see fig. 2.19). Lock camshafts 4 and 5 with blocking pin 7.

10. Install the chain on the camshaft pulleys and insert a new connecting link 2 with a new intermediate plate 8 (see fig. 2.20).

11. Insert new plate 9 into the press (see fig. 2.21).

12. Install press 10 on the chain and press the plate as far as possible (see fig. 2.22).

13. Check for correct pressing (arrows) and re-press if needed (see fig. 2.23).
