Removal
1. Remove the engine together with the attached parts.
2. Remove the oil pump 8 (see figure 2.33).

3. Remove the timing chain tensioner lever.

4. Remove the sliding lever in the chain drive cover.
5. Remove oil pump drive chain 3, tension lever 4, bushing 5 and spring 6.
6. Remove the drive chain 7.
7. Using puller 10, remove crankshaft toothed pulley 1.
Installation
8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Align keys 2 and install pulley 1.
