The crankshaft position sensor is screwed into the cylinder block near the flywheel.
Removal
1. Disconnect plug 1 and unscrew the mounting bolts of crankshaft position sensor 2 using a multi-sided socket wrench (see illustration).
Installation
2. Install the crankshaft position sensor in place and tighten it to 8 Nm.
3. Connect and secure the sensor plug.
