Removal

CKP Sensor Installation Details
L5 — Crankshaft position sensor
8/1 — Crankshaft position sensor wiring connector

1. Remove the starter (see Chapter Engine electrical equipment).

2. Remove the tempostat activator.

3. Disconnect the wiring connector (8/1) and remove the sensor.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
