40 - Diaphragm fuel pressure regulator; 40/8, 40/9 - Sealing rings; 40/10 - Retaining ring; 40/11 - Vacuum tube


Removal



1. Release the pressure from the regulator (40) using the special valve.

2. Remove the regulator cover (40).

3. Disconnect the vacuum tube (40/11).

4. Remove the retaining ring (40/10).

5. Remove the regulator (40) from the fuel distribution line (17).

Installation



Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Replace the retaining and sealing rings (40/8) and (40/9), lubricate them before installation.
