Vehicles with a gasoline engine.
Removing
1. Remove the air filter, see relevant chapter.
2. Unscrew the bolts securing the oil dipstick guide tube.
3. Disconnect the engine control unit from the idle speed control actuator and set it aside from the work site.
4. Disconnect the plug from the idle speed control actuator.
5. Unscrew bolts of fastening of an executive drive of adjustment of turns of idling to an inlet collector and remove the drive together with a sealing ring.
6. Dismantle the fuel distribution line together with the injectors, see relevant chapter.
7. Mark the low pressure hoses on the intake manifold to facilitate their subsequent installation and disconnect them. When disconnecting the brake booster hose, squeeze both tabs and remove the hose from the connecting fitting.
8. Unscrew bolts of fastening of an arm of an inlet collector.
9. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation pipe under the intake manifold.
10. Unscrew the bolts securing the intake manifold to the cylinder head and remove it together with the rubber gaskets.
Installation
11. Install four new intake manifold profile gaskets.
12. Install the intake manifold, screw in the bolts of its fastening and tighten them with the application of 15 Nm, acting alternately, in several passes.
Further installation of the dismantled parts is carried out in sequence. Reverse withdrawal.
13. Install the idle speed control actuator with a new O-ring on the intake manifold and tighten the bolts to 7 Nm.
Lubricate the sealing ring with a thin layer of grease to facilitate installation.
