Removal
1. Turn off the ignition.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tube 4 (see figure 2.3).

4. Disconnect the oil filler neck 3.
5. Remove the idle speed drive MZZ and secure it to the side. Do not disconnect the electrical wiring from it.

6. Remove the intermediate flange 7.
7. Remove ignition coils R9 and R39.
8. Disconnect the injector wiring from the clamp (arrow) on the cylinder head cover 1.
9. Disconnect the tie strap (arrow) on the throttle body support bracket.
10. Remove the cylinder head cover 1.
Installation
11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Replace gasket 2 and wipe the sealing surfaces. Check the correct installation of gaskets 2 and 8 of cylinder head cover 1.
