Installation details of the actuator cylinder of the interaxle differential lock drive (using the example of the transfer case of the 750.653 series)

1. Remove the transfer case (see Section Removal and installation the transfer case).
2. Using a suitable puller, remove the connecting flange of the transfer case drive cardan shaft.
3. Loosen the mounting bolts diagonally and remove the slave cylinder (1).
4. Thoroughly wipe all components, replace defective units.
5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
