Clutch Release Drive Parts
1 - spring; 2 - plates; 3 - eccentric bolt
Removal
1. Place the car on a lift.
2. Unscrew the supply hose from the working cylinder.

3. Plug the openings of the working cylinder nipple and hose.
4. Loosen the bolts securing the slave cylinder to the gearbox.
5. Remove the slave cylinder, take out the pusher and gasket.
Installation
1 - working cylinder; 2 - gasket; 3 - mounting bolt; 4 - gearbox
The installation of the working cylinder is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
1. Install the gasket with the groove facing the gearbox housing.
2. Insert the push rod into the clutch release fork support plate.
3. After connecting the hose to the slave cylinder, bleed the clutch hydraulic drives and check the clutch pedal travel to the stop.
