Removal
1. Remove the panel under the instrument panel.
2. Remove the floor mat near the driver's seat.
3. Use a syringe to suck out fluid from the clutch hydraulic reservoir until its level is below the nipple of the fluid supply hose to the master cylinder.
4. Disconnect the fluid supply hose to the master cylinder from the hydraulic drive reservoir and plug the reservoir and hose fitting.
5. Unscrew the master cylinder from the clutch pedal bracket.
6. Raise the clutch pedal and remove the spring support cup, spring and master cylinder tappet washer.
7. Remove the push rod retaining ring assembly.
8. Disconnect the fluid supply hose from the master cylinder and plug the cylinder and hose fittings.
Installation
The master cylinder is installed in the reverse order of removal. After installing the master cylinder, bleed the air from the hydraulic drive and check the clutch pedal travel to the stop.

1 - working cylinder; 2 - gasket; 3 - mounting bolt; 4 - gearbox
