Assembly

1. Disconnect the bushing (040) from the bushing (041).
2. Remove the secondary seal and piston from the sleeve (041).
3. Secure the housing (22) with the holes facing down.
4. Lubricate the housing hole (22) with brake fluid.

5. Insert the bushing (040) into the hole and press the floating piston (20) until it stops using a screwdriver. When installing the piston, make sure that the guide groove (arrow) is installed vertically.
6. Insert the cylindrical pin and remove the bushing (040).
7. Secure the brake cylinder with the holes facing up.
8. Insert the secondary seal into the housing (22) and press it in.

9. Secure the piston (7), insert the locking plate (8) and secure it with the locking ring (5). Make sure that the locking ring (5) is correctly positioned in the groove of the housing (22).

10. Lubricate the plugs (9) with brake fluid and press them into the housing (22). Install the reservoir (10) with one tube onto the housing (22), turn it 180° and then install the second tube onto the housing (22).
