Installation
Mandrel for centering clutch disc
1. Clear and check a condition of all details, in particular a thickness of a conducted disk, a condition of a working surface of a flywheel and a pressure disk.
2. Check up a condition of the bearing of a primary shaft of a transmission in a nest of a flywheel.
3. Replace defective parts.
4. Install the clutch, placing the driven disk with the protruding part of the hub towards the pressure disk and center the disk relative to the flywheel with the Mercedes 116 589 11 15 00 mandrel, which imitates the splined end of the gearbox input shaft.
