1. Remove the retaining ring (174) from the multi-plate clutch support (172).

2. Remove the disc block (176)-(178) and disc spring (175).

3. Place the puller (020) on the spring plate (180) so that the retaining ring (179) opens.

4. Remove the spring plate (180), spring (182), radial oil seal (181).

5. Remove the piston (183) from the outer clutch support (172).

1. Insert the bushing (023) into the clutch support (172). Check the radial oil seal (185) and sealing ring (184) for wear and, if necessary, replace and lubricate them with transmission fluid. When assembling, make sure that the lips of the oil seals (181) and (183) are facing up.

2. Insert the piston (183).

3. Remove the bushing (023).

4. Insert all 18 or 19 springs (182) into the piston guide (183).

5. Insert the sleeve (024) into the clutch support (172).

6. Lubricate the oil seal (131) with transmission fluid and install it on the spring plate (180).

7. Fasten the spring plate (180).

8. Install the retaining ring (179) on the spring plate. Install and secure the puller (020). Insert the retaining ring (179). Make sure it is installed correctly.

1. Disconnect and remove the puller (020). Install the clutch discs in the order shown in the accompanying illustration and insert one by one. Before installation, soak the new discs in transmission fluid for approximately 1 hour.

2. Remove the bushing (024).

3. Measure the gap "S" and adjust it with the stop ring (174) if necessary. The thickness of the stop ring is 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 mm.
