1 - Crown gear; 2, 4 - Retaining rings; 3 - Gasket; 5 - Sealing ring; 6 - Roller bearing; 9 - Inner ring of the coupling; 10 - Outer ring of the coupling


1. Disassemble the gearbox (see section Disassembly and assembly of the transmission).

2. Remove the retaining ring (2).

3. Remove the coupling (assembled), without disassembling it, from the crown gear (1).

4. Remove the retaining ring (4).

5. Remove the gasket (3).

6. Remove the sealing ring (5).

7. Remove the inner ring (9) of the coupling from the roller bearing (6).

8. Remove the roller bearing (6).

9. Check the outer ring (10) of the coupling, roller bearing (6) and inner ring (9) of the coupling for wear.

10. Check the axial clearance of the coupling. It should be within 0.05-0.2 mm.

11. Install the gasket (11) so that the neck (arrow) on the outer ring of the coupling fits into the hole.

13. Install the thrust washer (18) into the inner disc (24).

14. Install the inner disc (24) into the connecting support (7). Install the retaining ring (21).

15. Check the axial clearance between the gasket (17) and the connecting support (7), the axial clearance is adjusted by selecting gaskets. Gaskets with a thickness of 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 mm are produced.
