freewheel design
1 - Crown gear; 2, 4 - Retaining rings; 3 - Gasket; 5 - O-ring; 6 - Roller bearing; 9 - The inner ring of the coupling; 10 - The outer ring of the coupling
1. Disassemble the gearbox (see Section Disassembly and assembly of transmission).
2. Remove retaining ring (2).
3. Remove the clutch (complete), without disassembling it, with the crown gear (1).
4. Remove retaining ring (4).
5. Remove gasket (3).
6. Remove the O-ring (5).
7. Remove inner ring (9) clutch with roller bearing (6).
8. Remove roller bearing (6).
9. Check the outer ring (10) clutch, roller bearing (6) and inner ring (9) couplings for wear.
10. Check the axial clearance of the coupling. It should be within 0.05-0.2 mm.
11. Install gasket (11) so that the neck (arrow) on the outer ring of the coupling was installed in the hole.
12. Install gasket (17) and outer ring 10 coupling with inner ring (9) into the connecting caliper.
13. Install thrust washer (18) to internal disk (24).
14. Install the internal drive (24) into the connecting caliper (7). Install retaining ring (21).
15. Check the axial clearance between the gasket (17) and connecting support (7), the axial clearance is regulated by the selection of gaskets. Gaskets are available in thicknesses of 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 mm.
