Disassembly



1. Disconnect the transmission housing from the torque converter housing.

2. Remove multi-plate clutches K1, K2 and K3.

3. Remove the locking ring (45h), gasket (45g) and thrust needle bearing (45f) from the hollow shaft (45a).

4. Remove the rear sun gear (45e) together with the inner support of the K3 clutch and the rear freewheel clutch (45d).

5. Remove the retaining ring (45c) from the freewheel clutch (45d).

6. Remove the freewheel clutch from the sun gear.

Assembly



Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly. Check that the retaining rings are installed correctly. Check them and replace them if necessary. The freewheel clutch thrust pad (45d) must be positioned towards the retaining ring (45c).
