Assembly
Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly. Check and measure the clearance in the B3 multi-disc brake. Clearance "L" in the B3 multi-disc brake: 1.0 - 1.4 mm.
Fit the B3 brake discs together in the order shown in Illustration 12.6 and insert them one by one. Measure the clearance "L" between the retaining ring (133f) and the outer disc (133a) at three points. During the measurement, the retaining ring (133f) should touch the upper bearing ring in the groove of the outer brake support (2).
Adjust the clearance with the circlips (133f) if necessary. Circlip thickness: 3.2, 3.5, 3.8, 4.1, 4.4 and 4.7 mm.
