Disassembly



1. Remove the gearbox from the torque converter.

2. Remove the multi-disc brake VZ 133 and spring lining 133b, removing the retaining ring 133a from the transmission housing.

3. Unscrew bolts 11.

4. Remove the B2 14 multi-disc brake from the transmission housing.



5. Remove the "Park" locking gear 15.

Assembly



1. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly. Check and measure the clearance in the VZ multi-disc brake. Clearance "L" in the VZ multi-disc brake: 1.0-1.4 mm.

2. Install the brake discs B3 together in the order shown in the illustration and insert them one by one. Measure the clearance "L" between the retaining ring 133f and the outer disc 133a at three points. During the measurement, the retaining ring 133f should touch the upper bearing ring in the groove of the outer brake support 2.

3. Adjust the clearance with 133f snap rings if necessary. Snap ring thickness: 3.2, 3.5, 3.8, 4.1, 4.4 and 4.7 mm.
