Disassembly
1. Disconnect the transmission housing from the torque converter housing.
2. Remove multi-plate clutches K1, K2 and K3.
3. Remove the locking ring 45h, gasket 45g and thrust needle bearing 45f from the hollow shaft 45a.
4. Remove the rear sun gear 45e together with the inner support of the clutch KZ and the rear freewheel clutch 45d.
5. Remove the retaining ring 45c from the freewheel clutch 45d.
6. Remove the freewheel clutch from the sun gear.
Assembly
Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly. Check the correct installation of the retaining rings. Check them and, if necessary, replace them. The thrust gasket of the freewheel clutch 45d must be located in the direction of the retaining ring 45c.
