Removal



1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

2. Remove the oil filler pipe 61 from the engine.

3. Unscrew drain plug 4 from the transmission pan and drain the transmission oil.

4. Unscrew drain plug 9 from the torque converter and drain the transmission oil.

5. Remove shield 62 and disconnect 13-pin connector 26.

6. Disconnect the parking lock activation cable 80.

7. Unscrew the bolts 95 securing the torque converter to the drive disk. Then remove the torque converter cover 81.

8. Unscrew the left and right oil lines 49 from the oil radiator.

9. Remove gear shift rod 63 by disconnecting the retainer.



10. Remove bracket 64 for fastening the exhaust pipe.

11. Disconnect the exhaust system 94.

12. Remove the fan shroud from the radiator.

13. Unscrew the rear engine bracket with support 65.

14. Unscrew the cardan shaft 66.

15. Disconnect ground wire 46 from the transmission.

16. Loosen the transmission mounting bolts to the cylinder block and remove it downwards at an angle.

17. Remove the torque converter.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
