2 - Front planetary gear; 3 - Retaining ring; 4, 6, 8, 23 - Thrust bearings; 5, 9 - Radial bearings; 7 - Connecting support; 10 - Sun gear; 11, 17, 22 - Washers; 12, 20 - Sealing rings; 13 - Inner ring of the freewheel clutch; 14 - Roller bearing; 15 - Spring; 16 - Cylindrical rollers; 18 - Thrust washer; 19 - Inner clutch disc K2; 21 - Locking ring; 24 - Support; 87 - Drive shaft; 99 - Lubricating ring; 167 - Output shaft with planetary gear; 167a - Teflon rings


1. Disassemble the gearbox (section 4).

2. Remove the oil ring (99).

3. Remove the Teflon rings (167a) from the output shaft (167).

4. Install the gears with the output shaft (167) on the mounting device.

5. Using a screwdriver, remove the retaining ring (3).

6. Remove the front planetary gear (2) and take out the thrust bearing (3).

7. Remove the thrust bearing (4) and drive shaft (37).

8. Remove the radial bearing (5) and thrust bearing (6).

9. Remove the output shaft with the planetary mechanism (167).

10. Remove the radial bearing (9), thrust bearing (8) and sun gear (10).

11. Remove the coupling (F2).

Assembly



Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
