Details of installation of the gear selector lever
1 - Housing; 2 - Gear selector lever; 6, 42 - Bolts; 10 - Gearshift rod; 40B, 40L - Cables; 41 - Clamp; 49 - Retainer; S16/9 - D-contact switch
1. Disconnect shift rod (10), by removing the latch (49).
2. Disconnect the connector from the D-contact switch (S16/9).
3. Remove the stopper (arrow) down and remove the cover.
4. Loosen clamps (41) with bolts (42).
5. Disconnect cables (40L) And (40B) from the gear selector lever.
6. Turn away bolts (6).
7. Remove the gear selector lever up.

1 - Housing; 2 - Lever; 3, 9, 58 - Covers; 4, 22, 25 - Gaskets; 7a - Insert; 8 - Tape; 10 - Gearshift rod; 12, 57 - Nuts; 13 - Fork; 14 - Double spring; 15 - Plastic sleeve; 16, 53 - Blocking devices; 17, 54 - Fingers; 18 - Gearshift rod; 23, 27 - Creepers; 26, 55 - Brackets; 28 - Switch; 30 - Tube; 40V, 40L - Cables; 41 - Clamp; 42, 52 - Bolt; 44V, 44L - Locking levers; 48 - Cam; 49 - Retainer; 51 - Base plate; S16/9 - D-contact switch
1. Remove the cover (3).
2. Loosen the nut (12) and unscrew the gear selector lever (2).
3. Remove the slider (27), cover (9), insert (7a), tape (8), D-contact switch (S16/9), bracket (26), crawler (23), gasket (25) and switch (28).
4. Press out the locking device (16) and remove the plastic bushing (15).
5. Remove the plug (13) and double spring (14).
6. Detach the seal (22).
7. Press out the locking device (53).
8. Loosen base plate (51), remove the lock lever (44B), (44L) and cam (48) from the body (1).
9. Detach the lock lever (44B), (44L) from base plate (51).
10. Take off your fingers (4) and remove the shift shaft (18) from the bracket (55). Check stock (18) for signs of wear and lubricate before installation.
Assembly and installation
Assembly and installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
