Removal
1. Remove the engine with the accessories attached. Unscrew the axle shaft mounting bolts and push them to the sides.
2. Disconnect the hydraulic pipes from the power steering reservoir. Disconnect the pressure 4 and drain 5 pipes from the steering pump 3 (see figure 2.1).
3. Remove the radiator.
4. Disconnect the cooling system hose clamp (arrow).
5. Remove tank 12 with pipes.
6. Attach the lift 20 to the engine lugs (arrows).
7. Raise the engine with a 20 jack until the engine is disconnected from the gearbox.
8. Unscrew bolt 10 of the front brackets 11 of the engine supports 9. Replace the self-locking nut 8.
9. Unscrew bolt 14 of the rear engine brackets 13. Replace the self-locking nut 15, inspect the heat shield 17.
10. Unscrew bolt 18 of the gearbox support 19. Replace the self-locking nut.
11. Disconnect the engine from the attached parts, lift and place in a safe place.
