Removal
1. Remove the idle speed drive MZZ (see figure 2.4a).

2. Remove the intermediate flange 3.
3. Remove the oil filler neck 2.
4. Remove the support post 5.
5. Remove the oil level indicator guide tube 6.
6. Disconnect vacuum pipes 7 and 8 from the intake manifold.
7. Disconnect fuel lines 4.
8. Remove the throttle control (see figure 2.4 b).

9. Unscrew bolts 11 and 12 (see figure 2.4 in).

10. Remove the intake manifold 9 together with the gasket 10 and disconnect the wiring connectors from the injectors.
Installation
11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Replace gasket 10. After installation, check the operation of the throttle valve or Tempomat.
