2. Remove the grille.
3. Turn off a forcing hose from the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
4. Connect pressure gauge 2 (see fig.8.7).

2. Pressure gauge.
5. Check and adjust fluid level.
6. Start the engine and let it run at idle speed.
7. Check the circulation pressure with the valve closed. It should be a maximum of 5 bar.
8. Set engine speed to 1000 rpm.
9. Check the pressure with the valve open. It should be 120+8 bar.
10. If the value differs from the required value, replace the power steering pump.
11. Drain the fluid from the power steering pump, attach the pressure hose to the power steering pump and refill fluid.
