Removal
1. Remove the lower steering column cover 5 (see figure 8.5).

2. Remove the ignition switch transponder coil (on cars with immobilizer).
3. Insert ignition key 1 into the ignition switch and turn it to position 1.
4. Unscrew cover 2.
5. Remove cover 2 with locking cylinder 3 of the ignition switch.
Installation
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Check the correct position of locking cylinder 3.
