Removal
1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove the wheels.
3. Unscrew nuts 1 (see figure 8.9).

4. Disconnect ball joint 2 from the steering knuckle.
5. Loosen nut 3.
6. Unscrew ball joint 2 from transverse rod 4.
Installation
7. Screw ball joint 2 onto transverse rod 4.
8. Press ball joint 2 onto transverse rod 4 using a hammer.
9. Tighten nut 1 of the ball joint.
10. Install the wheels.
11. Adjust the wheel alignment angles and tighten nut 3.
