2. Remove one mounting bolt on each rear wheel.
3. Raise the car.
4. Loosen the parking brake cables by unscrewing the adjusting bolt 1 (see figure 9.13).

5. Adjust the free hole in the wheel so that the adjusting nut 2 is visible.
6. Adjust the position of the adjusting nut 2. Insert a screwdriver into the hole and turn the nut 2 until the wheel is locked. Then loosen it 3-4 turns.
7. Tighten the wheel mounting bolt.
8. Adjust the parking brake cable.
9. Tighten the drive lever several times - the wheels should rotate without resistance.
- Effort for the parking brake pedal: 190-260 Nm.
- The force on the parking brake system drive lever: 120-150 Nm.
