Adjusting the parking brake drive (Mercedes-Benz G-Class W463)

1. Jack up the car and place it on supports.

2. Remove the wheel bolt (1) and turn the wheel so that the adjuster (2) is accessible through the bolt hole.

3. Make sure that the parking brake lever is fully released, then turn the adjuster (2) to press the shoes against the working surface of the drum.

4. Turn the regulator (3) back three notches.
