Fixed type support design (front wheel brakes)
45 - Dust covers; 47 - Pistons; 50 - Cuffs; 020 - Piston Rotating Pliers; 026 - Tongs; 027 - Plates; 040 - Metal segment
1. Remove the caliper (see Section Removal and installation of brake calipers).
2. Using pliers (026) and a suitable plate (027), bend back the anthers (45).
3. Insert the metal segment (040) into the caliper, then, applying compressed air, press the pistons (47) until they stop in the cylinders.
Note: A brake disc fragment can be used as a segment.

4. Using special pliers (020), remove the pistons from the cylinders.
5. Visually assess the condition of the working surfaces of the pistons and cylinders. Replace the caliper if necessary.
6. Remove the cuffs (50) from the grooves in the cylinders.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order - before fitting, lubricate the NEW seals (50) with fresh brake fluid.
