Front wheel brakes
Front Wheel Fixed Brake Caliper Installation Details
5 - Brake line; 31 - Support; 35 - Bolts; S10/1 - Left front brake pad wear sensor; S10/1x1 - Sensor contact block
1. Disconnect the brake line (5) from the caliper (31) - immediately seal the open end of the tube.
2. Release from the contact block (S10/1x1 or S10/2x1) pad wear sensor (S10/1 or S10/2).
3. Unscrew the contact block (S10/1 or S10/2) from the support (31).
4. Unbolt the caliper (31) from the steering knuckle assembly.
5. Installation is carried out in reverse order - do not forget to replace the micro-encapsulated bolts (35).
6. Finally, bleed the hydraulic system (see Section Bleeding the brake system) and check the proper functioning of the brakes.

4 - Piston; 5 - Dust cover; 6 - Anchor bracket
1. Clamp and disconnect the brake hose (1) from the caliper (2).
2. Separate the support (2) from the anchor bracket (6), - prepare the replacement hidden guide micro-encapsulated bolts (3).
3. Disconnect the brake pad wear sensor (installed only in the mechanism of the right rear wheel).
4. Using a suitable tool, press the piston (4) into the cylinder - prepare to collect the fluid displaced from the master cylinder reservoir.
5. Clean the caliper with a special brush.
6. Check the caliper (2) for signs of developing leaks, check the condition of the piston boot (4). Defective components (caliper/dust cover) replace.
7. Installation is carried out in reverse order - do not forget to replace the micro-encapsulated bolts (3).
8. Finally, bleed the hydraulic system (see Section Bleeding the brake system) and check the proper functioning of the brakes.
