Attention! The oil must be changed when the engine has warmed up to operating temperature.
1. Replace filter element 4 (see figure 1.14 a, b, c).
2. Pump out the oil through the guide tube of the oil level indicator 1.
3. Drain the oil through drain plug 3 in the engine sump.
4. Replace the gasket on the drain plug and tighten it to a torque of 25 Nm.
5. Fill with oil through the filler neck (the volume is indicated in the table. 1.2).
6. Start the engine. Let the engine idle and check for leaks near the filter and drain plug.
7. Turn off the engine. Check the oil level after 2 minutes. Never fill the oil level above the "MAX" mark.
Replacing the filter element

8. Unscrew the filter cover 1 using a wrench (see figure 1.15).
9. Remove cover 1 and filter element 2 together. Make sure that there are no foreign particles in the filter housing. If any are found, remove them.
10. Replace sealing ring 3.
11. Install the new filter element into the filter housing, tighten the cover to a torque of 25 Nm.

12. Unscrew the cover 1 (see figure 1.16).

13. Remove cover 1 together with cartridge 2.
14. Replace sealing ring 3.
15. Insert the new filter cartridge into the housing and tighten the cap to a torque of 25 Nm.

16. Unscrew the drain plug 1 in the oil filter cover (see figure 1.17). Wait until the oil has drained completely.
17. Unscrew cover 2 together with filter element 4 from housing 3.
18. Replace seal 5.
19. Install cover 2 together with the new filter element 4.
20. Screw in drain plug 1 and tighten to 9 Nm.
