Oil drain
Location of the drain plug
Location of oil filter mounting bolts
1. Place the car on a lift.
2. Unscrew the drain plug of the oil pan and drain the used oil.
3. Remove the plug on the gearbox housing in the torque converter area.
4. Turn the crankshaft so that the transformer drain plug is opposite the gearbox housing hole, then unscrew the plug.
5. Remove the oil pan by unscrewing the six bolts that secure it.
6. Remove the oil filter by unscrewing the three Phillips-head mounting screws.
7. Install the new oil filter, then put the oil pan back in place.
8. After the oil has been completely drained, tighten the drain plugs of the oil pan and transformer.
9. Lower the vehicle.
Oil filling
1. Insert a funnel into the dipstick tube and pour about 5 liters of ATF oil into the gearbox housing.
2. Start the engine, move the selector lever to position "P", then slowly add oil to the specified volume.
3. Move the gear selector lever sequentially to all positions with the engine idling.
Checking the oil level
Note: The oil level depends on the temperature. The "mini" and "maxi" marks on the dipstick correspond to the oil level measurement at 80°C, i.e. on a warm engine. When checking the oil level at 20-30°C, it should be 10-12 mm higher than the "mini" mark on the dipstick.
If the oil level is above the "maxi" mark, be sure to drain the excess oil.
