The oil cooler can be flushed both on the vehicle and after removing the gearbox with the connecting hoses previously removed.
1. Attach the tube of a filling syringe or pneumatic device for supplying kerosene or other non-aggressive flushing agent to one of the oil cooler hoses, and lower its free end into a vessel. Flush the radiator until the kerosene flowing into the vessel is clean.
2. Blow out the system with compressed air.
