Removing
1. Disconnect the wire terminal from the negative pole of the battery «masses» (-), by turning off the ignition first.
Attention! When the battery is disconnected from the radio, the security code is deleted, as well as all automatic settings on the radio. If the code is unknown or not written down, the only way to put the radio into operation is with the assistance of a workshop or the manufacturer of the radio. Therefore, first make sure that the code is known.
2. Cars with a gasoline engine. Remove the air intake pipe 1 and air hose 2 (see illustration.
3. Vehicles with a diesel engine. Remove the air intake module, see relevant chapter.
4. Disconnect the brake booster low pressure hose from the intake manifold. To do this, squeeze the projections indicated by the arrows and disconnect the pipeline 3 (see illustration 8.2).
5. Disconnect the radiator fan motor connector.
6. Pull the fan shroud out of the side guides and lift it up together with the fan.
7. Disconnect the fan from the shroud. To do this, unscrew the fixing bolt 5, locking screw 6 and release the power cable (see illustration).
8. Rotate the mount and remove the fan by pushing it forward.
Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
9. Attach ground wire terminal (-) to the battery when the ignition is off.
10. Set up the digital clock.
11. Enter the security code into the radio.
