Removal



1. Remove the center console cover, see the relevant chapter.

2. Disconnect the plugs from the switches.

3. Press the locking tabs and remove the heater/air conditioning switch block 1 from the center console (see illustration).

4. Disconnect the air distribution flap drive cables from the switches.

The switches are installed in the reverse order of removal.

5. Remove the center console cover, see the relevant chapter.

6. Unlock rods 1 on the rear side of the heater/air conditioning switch block by squeezing the leashes 2 and remove the rods from the drive levers (see illustration).

Installation of the rods is performed in the reverse order of removal.



7. Check the heater control rods for ease of movement and make sure they are routed correctly.

When installing the rods, follow the red and green markings on their fasteners.
