Removal
1. Remove the radio receiver, see the relevant chapter.
2. Press the locking tabs 2 through the radio mounting hole and remove the console pocket trim or CD player 1 (see illustration).
3. Unscrew screws 3 and lift cover 4 of the center console enough to allow the multi-pin plugs of the heater/air conditioning switches located underneath to be disconnected (see illustration).
4. Remove the heater/air conditioner switch block, see the relevant chapter.
5. Remove cover 4 of the center console (see illustration 14.3).
The cover is installed in the reverse order of removal.
