Removal
1. Remove seal 2 from front pillar on trim 1 (see illustration).
2. Carefully pry up plug 3 with a small screwdriver, remove it and unscrew the socket head bolt underneath it (see illustration 18.1).
3. Release the trim 1 using a plastic wedge from the four fasteners at point 4 (see illustration 18.1), pushing the wedge under the cladding.

4. Remove the trim from the instrument panel and remove.
Installation of the front pillar trim is performed in the reverse order of removal.
