A-pillar interior trim — removal and installation (Mercedes-Benz C-Class W202)

1. A-pillar sheathing; 2. Ceiling; 3. Retaining clamp

Removal

1. Remove the edge protection in the A-pillar trim area.

2. Use a plastic wedge to pry the trim away from the retaining clips.

3. Slide the trim from the bottom inwards and remove it from the ceiling from the top.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Make sure that there is no gap between the trim and the dashboard during installation.
