Removal
1. Turn off the ignition and disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the service cover.
3. Drain the coolant.
4. Remove shield 9 from the exhaust manifold (figure 3.26).

5. Remove shield 11 from the turbocharger.
6. Remove the inlet pipe and oil filter housing.
7. Disconnect the oil supply line 6 from the turbocharger.
8. Unscrew bolt 8.
9. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tube 7 from the oil radiator.
10. Unscrew plug 4 from oil radiator 1 and drain the engine oil.
11. Loosen the exhaust manifold mounting bolts by 4 mm and disconnect the exhaust manifold and cylinder head.
12. Remove oil cooler 1 from the cylinder block.
Installation
13. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
