Removal



1. Remove the double cross beam.

2. Remove the protective cover 7 of the tray 3 (figure 3.23a).

3. Drain the engine oil.

4. Disconnect the wiring connector 8 of the oil level sensor B14.

5. Unscrew the wiring connector 8 of the oil level sensor B 14 from the MR/PLD control unit and disconnect it (figure 3.23b).

6. Disconnect the oil pressure line 1 from the pan 3. Check the condition of the clamp.

7. Unscrew bolts 4 and remove pan 3. Wipe the contact surfaces of the cylinder block. Replace gasket 2 and sealing ring 5.

Installation



8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
