Removal
1. Turn off the ignition and disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the intake pipe.
3. Remove the radiator fan clutch of the cooling system.
4. Remove the generator drive belt tensioner.
5 Remove bracket 13 (figure 3.25).
6. Unscrew the oil filter cover 7.2.
7. Disconnect wires 1.1 from oil pressure sensor B12.
8. Disconnect the wiring connector 1.2 from the oil temperature/pressure sensor B 11 / B12.
9. Unscrew the oil pressure sensor B 12 from the oil filter housing 7.
10 Remove the oil temperature/pressure sensor B11/B12.
11. Unscrew bolt 3 securing bracket 4.
12. Loosen bolt 2 of the generator G2, remove bracket 4 and generator G2 from the oil filter housing 7.
13. Disconnect the oil supply line 8 from the oil filter housing 7.
14. Remove the filter cover 7.2.
15. Unscrew bolts 5 and 6 securing the oil filter housing 7.
1B. Remove the oil filter housing 7 from the cylinder block.
17. Remove gasket 10 from oil filter housing 7.
18. Remove the bypass valve and check it.
Installation
19. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
