1. Remove the ground cable from the battery.

2. Loosen the clamps and remove the air intake tube from the rubber mounts on the cylinder head cover. Disconnect the electrical connector from the engine air temperature sensor (see fig. Location of rubber fastenings of air intake tube to cylinder head).

3. Remove the fuel injectors and fuel line.

4. Label and disconnect all vacuum hoses from the intake manifold.

5. Remove the wiring harness from the mounting brackets on the intake manifold.

6. Remove the engine oil dipstick, then unscrew the dipstick tube from the intake manifold (see fig. Intake manifold fastening elements).

7. Gradually and consistently unscrew the bolts securing the intake manifold to the cylinder head.

8. Loosen the clamps securing the two throttle body hoses to the bottom of the intake manifold.

9. Remove the intake manifold from the cylinder head and separate it from the throttle body. Remove the gaskets.

10. Remove the plastic plugs, unscrew the bolts and remove the resonator from the intake manifold.

Installation

1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following points.
